Every member of the TSS team strives to provide first class service. Our team members are highly knowledgeable with years of experience and are continuously educated and trained in the latest technologies and safety procedures.

We have assembled a team of qualified expert UNION (Local 8A-28A) mechanics who take our philosophy to heart. We have apro-active approach to maintenance, and we take pride in identifying and addressing small repairs before they become larger issues. We are familiar with the idiosyncrasies of different types of equipment and the unique service different systems require. As part of our inspections, we provide detailed documentation of every inspection and notify building management immediately when we discover a defect or safety concern.

Our team of professionals are trained to diagnose any defect or safety issue. Our mechanics are incentivized for each successful Department of Labor inspection at each of the properties that they service. This fosters an attitude of ownership, pride, and empowerment which enables our service professionals to outperform industry standards.
