We pride ourselves on the detail of our work, never compromising safety. Titanium Scaffold Services provides the installation and maintenance of the following building maintenance units.

Scaffold Maintenance, Repairs and Installations

Davit Systems

Davits are most widely used in multi-level structures. They are designed to suspend self powered platforms and single man baskets. Many times, davits can be recessed below the pavers if an inverted roofing system is used. Davit bases are installed around the perimeter of a buildings rooftop or setbacks and a pair of davit arms are designated to each respective level.

Tie Back and Anchor Systems

Tie back systems, or anchorages, are designed to provide safe use of permanent and temporary equipment and to comply with regulatory standards. There are many different types of safety tie back anchor models available, each varying on the design of the structure.

Roof Mounted Systems

Roof Cars and BMU's are designed to accommodate and access the entire exterior of a structures façade. Access to the equipment is from the roof with nothing to assemble and dismantle. The equipment design has the hoist units at the roof level therefore granting access at all times in the event of an emergency.

Magtron Wireless Control

Magtron systems incorporate the most advanced features and functions and can be fitted with fixed or telescopic masts which allow it to pass over high parapets or obstacles on the roof. These systems are custom designed to provide complete access to your unique design requirements.

Monorail Systems

Monorail Systems are track profiles that run along the building’s profile. They are specially designed to suspend a self-powered system that is more aesthetically suited to the structure. Specially designed trolleys, adopted onto the monorail, allow a self powered system to horizontally travel along the track.
